Pension Awareness Week 2025
The 15th to the 18th September 2025 saw us celebrate Pensions Awareness Week – a national campaign, dedicated to making you aware of your pension and helping you understand how it all works so that you can take charge of your future.
As part of this, we teamed up with Clwyd and Oxfordshire Pension Funds, to bring you a series of free, live online presentations to help you better understand your pension and the Local Government Pension Scheme.
These webinars, tailored for members currently paying pension contributions into the LGPS, took place on Microsoft Teams. 8 presentations were held, with recordings made of each. From understanding the basics and benefits to planning for the future, there was something for every contributing member.
