Keeping in touch
We will contact you about your pension from time to time. This page explains how we keep in touch to make sure that you receive the latest pensions news and important updates. To do this, we’ll contact you in a few different ways.
Intouch newsletter
We publish a newsletter, twice a year, for our retired members called Intouch.
The newsletter includes a welcome from the pensions manager and an article from your pensions committee representative, investment updates and much more.
We welcome you to share your Shropshire stories, memories, or information with us. Whether you have a cherished photograph, a fascinating anecdote, or insights about local life, your contributions are at the heart of our retirement
community newsletter.
If you would like to include an article in future issues of Intouch, please let us know - we'd love to hear from you.
Postal copies of the newsletter are sent to retired members. If pensioners move address they must contact us and let us know or update their details on 'My Pension Online'.
Important: If copies of the newsletter are returned as no longer at this address, then we will suspend any future pension payments until we have the correct address registered.
