Annual report & annual meeting

The Shropshire County Pension Fund’s annual report is seen as a key element of the our communications strategy. The report is made available to employers and investment managers. It covers the following:-

  • Review of the year
  • Compliance with Myners Principles
  • Pension fund accounts
  • Investment performance
  • Corporate governance
  • Statement of consulting actuary

Unfortunately, the 2020/2021 Annual Report does not have the usual audit opinion published on pages 72 and 73 due to a delay outside of the fund's control. This opinion will be added at a later date.  

We usually hold an annual meeting each year where an update is given on the fund's accounts and investments. The 2021 update is currently being considered.
