How to update your personal Information using ‘My Pension Online’

Moving house? Changing bank? Want to update your expression of wish?  You can change or update your personal information by logging into 'My Pension Online’. If you would like help registering for your ‘My Pension Online’ then please check out our guide.

For other changes you may need to fill in a form. These can be found on our forms and guides page and can be filled in and emailed to us.

We’re also now able to accept photocopies of certificates in place of asking to see the original documents.

Where possible, please sign the opt in form and 50/50 section form by hand, scan or photograph it and return by email. If you don’t have access to a printer an electronic signature will be accepted. Please also include a copy of your birth certificate, passport or driving licence (to prove your identity) when emailing the form to us. Please email or call us if you need help.

The opt out, opt in, main section and 50/50 forms should be returned to your employer, not the pensions team.
